There are so many good reasons for David's all 5-star reviews in here. First, David is very knowledgeable and understands buildings due to his past work experience in construction industry. In our house tours, he could walk through the house and educate us about different aspects (e.g., foundations, materials) of the house and issues that would normally come out later on in house-buying process. Second, David is energetic and has an exceptional positive attitude in his work. Even after 10-12 house shows in a day, he would not dismiss our questions and patiently share his knowledge and experience with us. Third, David is very professional and punctual. He respected our personal space throughout the process and always let us mull over our options and decisions on our own term and pace. Fourth, David is smart and understands his customers' taste quickly. Hence, during the process, he could provide us with advice and suggestions that was customized for our preferences. Fifth, David is very generous with his time and resources (e.g., network). We were out-of-state buyers and needed to do some renovations in our house before moving in. David spent so much of his time voluntarily to connect us with the right contractors in Baton Rouge and helped us diligently every step of the renovation project (even though it was after our closing). I can probably go on and on about this list of reasons, but long story short, we started to work with David as our realtor but ended up considering him as a caring friend in our life. Our first time house buying experience was very pleasant and joyful because of him to a large extent.
